Copy contents of CD onto HD.. will it work??
ok.. here goes.
is it possible to copy the entire contents of a game from the cd to my HD then install from there and use the modified "No CD" exe to run the game??? could these files then be rar'd and burnt to disc (then just extracted and copied back onto HD if i needed to install again?? With respect to MOH:AA, if i used this method would i be able todirect the installation when prompted for the 2nd disc to a file on my HD? if so what file? hope you can help and that i explained it ok! |

Well i am not sure, but you can also use clonecd to make an image and the load it with deamontools and then install it with that from the HD.

Hi, i think the best method to backup a CD is create a folder with the volume name of CD, then copy all contents from CD to this folder. After, make a folder named Crack it, copy the NoCD/Cracked EXE you found here in GCW and then create a new compilation in cd write program, with the volume name the same as original CD or the folder. Write all the contens from the folder to CD and you will have a perfect backup copy. When you finish install the game, before run it, remember to copy the cracked EXE over the original one. Now the game will run fine!
