SafeDisk v2 Protection - Need Help!

I have Madden 2002. It is protected by SafeDisk v2. I need to make a backup because it is very scratched. I use CloneCd and when I go to run it it says insert the cd. How can I copy it? I have a Toshiba DVD as the reader. I have a Teac and and HP 8210e cd/rw drives. How could i successfuly copy the game?

have you tried all the drives for reading?

Did you use the correct settings in clone cd for copying safedisc 2 (fast error skip, amplify weak sectors)?
