RTCW, does 1.1 official patch "kill" MP?

Hi All,
running Return to Castle Wolfenstein v 1.0, with cracked Multiplayer .exe/server(s). If I patch to v 1.1 will the new MP .exe need cracking, and will it play on cracked servers?
