Please need Help for upgrading from OPF 1.0

I still use OPF ver. 1.0 and i need to upgrade.
I have downloaded al upgrad ver. 1.10, 1.20, 1.30, 1.40 and al exe. file for ver. 1.0 from GCW
and megagame.
Now i still can play ver.1.0 with all exe.file,
but i can´t upgrade to the next version (always please insert the correct CD-ROM)

What can i dooooooo ???
