G.T.A 3 - Censored versions !!

Hi there !

In some countries (like france, germany), the install process or the main EXE check the O.S Langage and then, Disable Blood & Gore in GTA !
Some persons said that changing "regional seetings" to English in windows will correct this problem but it doesn't work...

If someone has got a solution to enable GORE in G.T.A3, please post your tips here.
