HP 7200e Not Recognized
When I try to use my HP CD-Writer external 7200e (I've only burned 4 CD's in 2 years) I get this message from Adaptec DirectCD Wizard [ver. 2.5d (296)]: "No supported CD-R/CD-RW drive!". The diagnose utility that comes with the HP software indicates that everything is OK. The taskbar icon has a red circle/line over it. When I use Easy CD Creator this message appears: "There are currently no supported CD Recorders available". The Connect/Disconnect window says "device connected" and the HP CD-Writer green light goes on when a CD is inserted and the CD ejects properly. HELP! Thanks.
