RICOH MP9120A, 32/12/10

Does anyone know how the RICOH MP9120A compares to the Plextor PX-W121032? Does the RICOH MP9120A support Raw Mode and 80 Mins. Is it Flashrom upgradeable? GoGoCity.com has a 'bare drive' for $254. That seems like a good deal, but what won't be included with a bare drive? Is it just the cables or software also? What software is usually included?
