Asian file formats... .lzh, .gca, etc...

I actually have some old games that came in these formats... funny thing is, I can't read a word of any Asian language... awhile ago i got a new computer and dug up these programs... can anyone tell me what i need to decompress them or whatever?

for .lzh and .gca
wait a minute... is .gca a format for a disc backup? hmm... i really need to label these discs -_-....
