Help with MAX PAYNE!!!!!!

this is what i do:
1.insert cd
2.explore cd (cd doesnt autorun)
3.click on maxpayne.exe
4.message comes up something about the file not being a win32 application
5.click on more files
6.same message comes up

wat do i do???
