CDR troubles

i recently got a CDR (Hewlett packard plus 8200 series) and i burned some files to it. i didnt close the disk as i still had more stuff to burn. i took the disk out the drive and then a few days later added more stuff to it, but while it was recording my pc rebooted and now says the disk is corrupt and cant see anyfiles on it, even thought you can see the burnt tracks. Is there anyway or any program to at least get some of the files back? Please help

Thanxs
