Virtual Pool 3 (3.0.9.9) No-Cd

I have seen on earlier posts that people have been looking for this and so am I , I have tried the one listed on gamecopyworld but it doesnt work, theres no problems getting patches for 3.0.8.9 but 3.0.9.9 is seemingly impossible, I would be very grateful for any help..

It seems difficult to find... i've been asking for it some time, but no one knows... hope someone can help us! If you finally get it, please let me know...!
