Problems downloading from GCW mirrors

I've been trying to get the 3.5, 3.3 and 3.0 patch files for the US version of Porsche Unleashed (NFS 5), as well as the US files for NFS High Stakes. However, I can't seem to get downloads past about 4% from arthuryeung.com, flash-dev.com, xs2something, etc. They start at about 100bytes per second, and just quit. I'm not having problems with any other web sites out there. Is anyone else having these problems, or know how I can fix them? Thanks!

Problems you think you got problems i cant even get 4% and as it goes ive been trying to get the uk patch for need for speed 5 if you find it anywhere else let me know will you

Its says on the main page that there having troubles with there mirrors and that older files may not be available. DOn't you guys read the the main page?

Yup. Saw something about ADDING servers, but nothing about problems with existing ones. Also, i wouldn't consider these to be "older" files. Finally, the files are THERE, they're just not downloading properly (they start, but don't continue past a few KB). Hopefully when the new servers go online we'll be able to get these files. Or if anyone knows of other locations the information would be much appreciated.
