Red Alert 2 is protected with SafeDisk v2. This is the best cd protection around sofar cause only Philips burners can copy the game corectly with CloneCD. By the way Easy CD Creator is the worst CD copy program to use if you want to copy games, cause the program can't copy the protected cd's which almost all new games have. So if you do have a philips burner and it is supported by Clone CD I would advice you to try it with Clone CD.

Did you try to install it from the start up screen? You can't you have to open windows explorer, open the setup folder and run the file setup_allied.

Hope this is of some help
