Sony To Take on Australian Government Over Modchips

I noticed reading the Saturdee paper that Sony and the ACCC are heading for the courts over Modchips here in Australia.

As if Sony would win... You rarely ever beat the Government, which the ACCC is commissioned by... Good luck Sony, you're going to need it...

There's no way that Sony will ever succeed with stopping modchips here....
