Baldur's Gate II - Copy errors

Hello,

I am attempting to back up my copy of Baldur's Gate 2. I am using Backpack External CD-RW, with the Easy CD Creator v3.5c software provided with the burner.

I have successfully backed up CD's 1, 2, and 4. When I attempt to backup CD3, it tells me that there is not enough space to create this CD (even though it displays 360kb free). I tried to create an image and copy from this, but I get buffer underrun errors early into the burn.

I thought it might be the Easy Creator software so I d/l the Nero demo version. When I tried to create the CD using Nero, I got underrun errors.

What is the deal? What am I doing wrong? I've killed all processes on my system and I don't touch the PC during a burn. Winblows 95 o/s. Any suggestions?
