Newbie needs help with NOLF

I know others have asked this same question but i just want to make sure i get this right.
I have the demo ver of clonecd, a sony crx 120e. What do i need to do to make a back up of No One Lives Forever and will i have sound.

Also do i need the latest patch as well.

No One lives Forever? If it`s for the PC get an extractor for the cd, then you must have the PATCH/CRACK for the cd. Burn the Files you extracted + the Patch or the Crack to one cd.
Install the cd, then copy the patch to the directory where you installed the game.
It should work. For Software go to www.gamecopyworld.com.
