Quick question 'bout Scart

Hi,

I'm new here, so I thought I'd start off with a bit of a greet to you all: Greetings all.

Now that the pleasantries are out of the way! I read in one post some mention of a 'fully loaded' Scart lead, that will, I guess, convert NTSC transmission to PAL. Although my PS2 isn't chipped (yet), my mates is, and when he had it 'round my place, most of the games were black and white. I figure, from what I read, that it's possible to get one of these Scart leads, and then I won't have to worry about getting a new TV, or better yet, patching anything to PAL.

Just wondering if someone could enlighten me a little? Cheers very much,
