Red Alert 2 - Internet Game Problem - Need help!!!

Hi peoples,
first sorry for my bad english, i´m a stupid german boy!!!
OK here is my problem:
i have a backup copy (from my original) and my cd key (thats works)......so Westwoods new patch 1.002 know when you play with a copied cd.......all units were destroyed in 5 seconds......is there any patch available??? Or can anyone check this.......plz.....i wan´t play with my original........thanx
