I need a SimCity 3000 Unlimited File

I'm one of the many people who actually went out and paid the $40 for a copy of the SimCity 3k expansion instead of getting a copy from a friend. Not really an important fact, but explains why I'm so desperate about this

I've been able to install the game with the CD I have now. It's never been a problem before. But now, it appears that I now have a slight scratch on the CD, and during the instillation, the game get stuck on the same file every time. I have even tried to manually transport this file, but the CD just cannot read the file.

So, basically, I am asking anyone with an extremely fast connection, and a really generous heart, if they could send the the very file I cannot copy from my CD. I think this just may solve the problem. The file name is this:

"simcity scenario creator 2000.mde"

It's around 20MB, or so I have been told. Sorry. Please, if you are going to send it, send it to [email protected]. Please
