spiderman 2 and toystory 2

I have tried to back up both these games with no success. I know toy story 2 has a patch but it didn't help. Has anyone successfully backed up these games?

first of all what programs are u using and what type of burner do u have?

I am using cdrwin and my burner is a pacific digital. I have backed up many games but these two have been a pain.

u will need to patch toystory 2(NTSC) and the patch can be found here:
