I have a DDR 5th mix import, and it doesn't work with my boot disc. Do I need codes to make it work, and if so, where can I find them?

Final gallery items:
Unlock all gallery items except for the final five. Then, enter the gallery menu and press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, X. The game will exit the gallery menu. Press Circle to enter the menu again.
