FF9, Cd 2 refuse to run after patching :(

I have the imported NTCS USA version of FF9. Im trying to run it on my PAL euro PS2 with NEO4 modchip. I patched cd 1 with Paradox patc for NTCS => Pal and it run fine. Burnt with CDrwin. But now when i got to CD 2 i got a problem. PDX didnt release a patch for CD2, instead i tryed ADR and XLTs two versions of the Cd2 patches.
But when it asks for Cd2 and i change CD it refuses to start.

It seems to detect the CD but imidedatly after that starts to spinn aimlessly, sounding like a car running over a bumpy road, spinning aimlessly :/. If i start the PS2 with the CD2 in teh drive it detects the CD and looks like its going to start for about 2 secs then the Bumpy sound starts again and its stuck with black screen. Same if i go through browser, detects CD tryed to start then gets stuck. I tryed burning 3 diff backups and all have same result.

What am i doing wrong?

Aprechiate any help or tips you guys can give.
