how can i add my own music

ok i heard of people adding there own music to psx games.how do i do that.can you give me a step by step way. thanks

if any one was wondering.i figured out how to add my own music to psx games,you first have to find a game with wav.files(music) on it and then replace that music with your own.if any one can find a way to put music on a cd- xa game let me know.
