When i try to burn Mortal Kombat 4 or Grand Turismo 2 it says the disc is copywrited is there anyway to burn these?

None of these have protection m8, Pal or Ntsc, so what exactly are you doing ???

if you are using nero for copying
just press continue when it says
the cd is copyright

all cd's are copywrited just continue copying you should have no problems
