FF 9 HELP!!!!........

ive got a german copy of ff9 (Final Fatasy 9) and i cant get it to work the game boots fine but the game starts to roll the screen as soon as its been accepted, it was patched when i got it, i tried to repatch it but it dose the same thing can anyone help??

The ONLY version of FF9 that a working patch exists for is the UK PAL one.
Throw the cds in the bin, they will never work
