Can you play multi-disk games with an exchange cd such as ps-x-change?!?

I understand that you can play games like the final fantasy series because you save your game before you switch cds, but how can you play games like metal gear solid with an exchange cd?

I would really appreciate any suggestions.

just buy a mod chip at
