mod chip,cdx cheat cartridge & reset button

my action replay cdx cheat cartridge doesn`t work now I have a mod chip installed. has any one come across this and if so how do i get it working again. i need my cheats .
the cheat cartridge is version 3.3 for the playstation.
also my reset button doesn`t function properly since the mod chip was installed , anyone know why?

It could be either your mod chip is wired in wrong or that's the way it works with your mod chip. On mine I can not use a Gameshark with my mode chip, I can use a Mini-goldfinger which is and EMS gameshark device like a gameshark only it used Caetla codes as well as gameshark codes. I prefer the goldfinger so for me it's no big deal. My chip when bought was suppose to be the latest Super Duper un-detectable stealth chip, it was just detected by Grindsession, the detection is after the games starts but before you get on your board!!

I'd guess your chip isn't wired quite right, if your reset button isn't working right that's a good indication, I'd (take a look at) the connections and make sure whoever did it does a double take on the schematic.

Why is the word C H E C K not allowed?? Pretty weird, encase it don't show, it's what you do to make sure something is connected properly!!

HAD WIRING #####ED, ALL OK. COULD NEED NEWER MOD CHIP?
HAVEN`T TRIED GAMESHARK YET. GETTING BACKUP COPY SOON.
WHERE CAN YOU GET GOLD FINGER FROM?
