Bunch Of Questions??????

1. If I have a PS2 US serial # U5, 30001 Do I have to use GameShark2 or can I use REGION X?

2. If I get a GameShark2 is the Version 1.6 good or will it work on my ps2?

3. Does REGION X have codes capability?

4. Is REGION X and GameShark2 like the Action replay for PS1. Like for mod protected games you just enter a code and it can play?

5. If the GameShark2 or REGION X dont work could I return them?

Hi,

the REGION X only allows you to play multi-region DVDs on a PAL ps2, but it can also boot your PS2 backups as a hidden bonus.

The action replay and Game Shark CDs allow you to boot your PS2 backups but also allow you to put codes in to cheat your video games.

I know there are a few lads on this fourm that have Us ps2s so they should be able to let you know what the best boot cd is for a US PS2. In the UK the REGION X is the one to have at the mo.

As for taking them back, i guess you should be able to as long as you keep the boxes and its in good nick, but rememeber you must have a MODCHIP of some sort to play backups the boot discs i mention above will not boot backups on there own.

Goodluck
