PSS.cmf

im using TmpGEnc. and im trying to follow the directions that were given by 'Newbies Guide to the PS2 VCD Player'. but when it says to load the PSS template, i cant find it anywhere. ive done an ### search, search on multiple search engines...is there an archive with all this stuff included together that i dont know about?

and if anybody's got this template, please help me out.
