how to use clone cd and use a patch with it?

i would like to no how to use clone cd as many people have said that it is better than cdrwin. I have cdrwin and it works well with games that have patches but when i try and do clone cd it doesnt work.
please can anybody help

You CANNOT use patches with CloneCD.
Patches are made to be applied to .bin format files ONLY.
If you cannot use CloneCD then don't persevere with it.

you dont need to use patches with clone cd thats the idea, what burner do you have m8 and I'll tell you if your clone compatable

Games that are protected by anti mod chip detection will need to be patched.
