UK PS2 @ 60HZ

Hi
My PS2 isnt chipped, is there any way i can get it to out put at 60hz as default with / without chipping.
if i run an NTSC game on a chipped PS2 will it out put at 60hz?

are there any patches to force 60 hz.

after being used to my DC am dissapointed with my ps2 so far.

am a newbie to this many thanks for any help
