Here is the way to play import PSX on PS2
It;s done by Darren ( thanks and credits to him ) but for you all.
What you need: NEO II and Action Reply 1.3 Use the EA boot method (hold reset) using Action Replay 2 CD 2. Select PSX bonus codes, start game, Without Codes, Then release the reset button and swap disks. Press x and the game will boot. This has worked with all my import games.
