is there any way i can get rid of paradox's logo on their patch before I burn?

It's kind of annoying seeing their logo and pressing the start button twice after the PSX logo shows up. Well sure, i want the patch to hack off the mod-chip lockout in spyro 3, but does that mean they have to stick their logo every single time after the PSX logo? Am I able to delete the paradox logo, so it boots up like a regular game?
