Please help a new guy out...

Hey everyone, I am kinda new to PSX, but I no tons about buring Dreamcast games, but anyway here is my question. Is there anyways you can play PS1 without a mod-chip. I have heard of Boot-Discs and but I wanna no if those are for real. The only way I no of is Mod-Chip. Please help.

the boot disc on psx is not like the one on d/cast you do need so sort of mod chip the best way is a fitted one

The boot disk for the PSOne is not required for playing backups of the same region as the machine, but you will need an internal mod chip.

The boot disc lets you play import games, games with different region info than the machine, but the is also a way arround that as well!
