BOOTING DVDR WITH AR2 V2 and neo 2.x !!! look!

Hey everyone!
I am not new to the forums, but this is the first time i'm posting

I came across this from a very reputable site. It is a bootup method for Neo 2.x and AR" or Gameshark version 2! Up until now u all thought only 1.7 or 1.9 worked! I don't have AR2 (or a modchip yet for that matter!), so plz try this out ASAP:

Our Friend and Forum-Member PSXBase found a cool way to boot DVD-R with AR2v2 & Neo2.x Modchip:

- Load AR2 V2 keeping Resetbutton pressed
- Select Action Replay Codes
- highlight Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX2 Code
- press START
- press EJECT and insert Original-TOC-DVD
- wait 10 Seconds
- now press 'X' on with Codes and 'X' once again
- Error-Message appears: 'Too many Codes'
- original TOC DVD stops spinning (thx, Datel *g*)
- now perform EA Trick (release Reset-Button) & insert DVDR Backup
- press 'X' to confirm Error-Message
- now press Circle twice to enter Mainmenu again
- START GAME, without Codes, press 'X'
- Codes are getting actualised
- DVDR boots

Oh and PLEASE could someone tell me if Xtreme FM can boot DVDr with Neo 2.x?
It works like AR", but I know DVD Region X can't. EA method IS compatible with XtremeFM and it does have similar swap points to AR2. So it should work shouldn't it? Plz help!

yes i think fmxtreme should work
it boots fine v5
loads origanl behind it
my v5 not chipped yet
as u say it supports ea method v4 for sure
