Patch For Parasite Eve 2???

So I've been told now (thx Darren) that the game should be patched, Does anyone know where to get the UK patch from, I've tried the usual Gamecopyworld - Megagames and others, but the nearest one that I've found is the EURO patch, will this work for the UK release.
