read psx title (track & field2)

every time I try to read psx T&F2 to an image file on my hardrive it sticks on 23%
I have tried with cdrwin, blindwrite & cdclone and always sticks on 23%
I have made many backups and this is the only one (so far) I found a problem with
I left it for 8 hours amd it was still stuck on 23%.
Can anyone help me (the original CD is fine as it is brand new and plays fine on my psx. p.s
Does any one know a good psx emulator - cheers
