Cannot Burn tony hawk 2 for dc

i have tried using disc juggler but i get the error: command sequence error or program area is or is not empty. i converted the image to nero image and tried that : it stops at 88% always and it's not my burner because i tried 2 dif. brands of cds on 2 dif. burners. i check the svf and all the files are ok. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE???
