I need a little help...

I recently bought a new Dreamcast with the sport pack.. you know NFL2K1 and the two other games..I have have the PSX console for years and have always backed up my originals for the obvious reasons (I HAVE KIDS!!) I am kind of confused on how to backup DC games though.. I have read a lot of conflicting information, so I decided to come to the source of vast knowledge.. YOU GUYS!!! Any help will be greatly appreciated... Thanks for your time...

Also... Do I need any kind of bootdisk... or other equipment or software?
