Help connecting Dreamcast to High Speed without BBA.

i remember a while ago there were some sites explaining how to connect your dreamcast to your computer through the computer's modem and accessing your DSL or Cable that way. I couldn't do it with the shoddy computer I had at the time and now that i have a powerhouse computer, I'd like to try this again... only problem is i can't find the site with the info.

if anyone knows where one of these sites are or HAVE the info themselves, it would be GREATLY appreciated!
