Help with selfbooting disk to disk copy

I have a Mitsumi CR-4804TE Re-writer and i am having trouble copying certain selfbooting games with PSX COPY 2000 and 6.2. I am doing straight disc to disc copies. So far i have managed to copy
Sega Extreme Sports
Quake III Areana
Sega World Wide Soccer
Ultimate Fighting Championship

I am unable to copy
Ready 2 rumble 2
MSR
Silent Scope

Does anyone know why this is and how i can copy them? i have heard that a certain adaptec program can be used which is more successful than psx copy

Also am i right in thinking using discjuggler is useless when copying self booting games with my Mitsumi CR-4804TE

How will you know if Diskjuggler is useless unless you try it ?
