I have a question along these same lines. I wish to downsize a m1v file, but I can't get a m1v to be saved as an output type (MPEG 1). According to a web page I found, my operating system may be the problem. (For the record, it's Windows '98 second edition)
I want to downsample a m1v file but can't make the DC Movie Maker work. Any suggestions on how I should proceed in downsampling? (The game is Space Channel 5, and I'm trying to make it self-booting by making seven files smaller.)
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
