DC with USA Chip

Hello! Unfortunately, I come from Germany and my English is not well.
I hope you can nevertheless help me! Now my question .... I have German DC with built-in USA chip of !! Is it possible to play Cd s image copied thus at all on this? Or does this go DC only more normally?
