Are there any tutorials for retards?

I downloaded the cdi file for demolition racer. I have nero so what should I do? I don't even know what I am suppossed to be burning. I have yet to see and clean cut set of instructions on how to burn games. If I have a CDI
file, what do I do to this and with what software. I read something about
CBBA or some shit and I don't have a clue what the hell it is. How come the
DCCopyworld doesn't have an index like gamecopyworld or psxcopyworld?
