cam driver?? :confused:

hey guys.. i have an old PDV-300 cam that i used to use for a web cam..the problem is that i lost my cd and i cant get it to work without installing it..
anyone know where i can get drrivers for it?
OR
i also have a newer "FujiFilm finepix A200" and i want to use it as a webcam.. my friedns brother said he got it to work with messenger (as a webcam) but he has noidea what he d/led to get it to work!! does anyone know?
