please help

alright heres the deal, ive read big papas tips to insure a successful download. ive read on this site for hours, im still confused. im new to this so bear with me. Is a bootable disc one you dont need the boot disk for. is the bootable disc better than nonbootable, which one would be the same as manufactured from the company. i have cdrwin, psx6.2, nero, can you get all the games in either format, bootable or non. which are simpler to copy, i have a tdk 8432 burner. and finally, does anybody know where to get full dc games. please help
