Strange Sounds!!!

This is weird but if i turn up my sound and put my ear up to the speakers i can hear a weird sound when ever i Minimize/Maximize/Close/ Msn Messenger v6.1.0211 im not sure if this is Standerd with windows or if something is wrong?? thanks For The Help

When i turn on my speakers from logitec the weirdest thing i hear, from time to time, is a radio frequency playing in there. And i've never use my pc to listen to the radio.

Yeh mine keeps saying a kind of a wispering voise "kiiilll kill killl theemm alll!" thats a little strange

ok this is really annnying i just found out it does that when i maximize or minimize ANY FOLDER and APP!! and im seriuos i want to know if this happens on its own or someweird thing is just happing That i can disable or something

if you dont want it to happen dont tern up the speakers high enoth to hear it my system dose the same thing and im pretty shure everyboadys dose
