Angry Help Me Please!

Hey Everyone. Im New Here And I Need Some Help. I Recently Bought A Cd-Rw Drive For A Very Good Price. It Came With Nothing-No Cds/Drivers Nothing. I Managed To Fit It Into My Computer And It Now Works, Reads Cds, Etc,. But When I Tried To Copy Music Onto It, It Wont Let Me. This Has Left Me So Baffled. My Cd-rw Drive Is As Follows : HP Cd-Writer+ 7100 . I Think My Writer Is Slightly Old So I Think I Need A Software Which Will Work With This Writer. Please Reply Asap And Tell Me ANY Softwares Which I Can Burn Music With On My Writer. Your Help Will Be Much Appreciated. Please Help Asap. Thanks.

By waiting only 13 minutes before going mad cos there is no reply you are doing yourself no favours!!
Now - try burning with Nero and come back with whatever error messege you receive.

Im Sorry Hacker But I Really Need It To Work. Im Desperate. Ive Tried Nero And On EVERY Disk I Use It Says Calibaration Disk Full Or Something Like That. Easy Audio Cd Creator Can Not Recognise A Device. I Think I Need Some Old Burner Cos The Writer Is Most Probably Old. Any Come To Mind?

Holy crap. You have the same burner I started out with years ago. Your burner is about 5 or 6 years old. I bought mine second hand too and it wasn't too long before it died on me. Still have it filling an empty spot in my bay. I used Adaptec Direct CD and Adaptec Easy CD Creator. Both programs suck but it worked.

You could go to www.driverguide.com to find the drivers for it....

Just search for HP 7100 and a BUNCH come up.....

Happy burning...
