Use CDRWin.

Select "File Backup and Tools"
Select "Backup directories/files from your harddrive to an ISO9660 disc"
Make sure that "Long Filenames (Joliet)" is selected. (Select this option to create a long filename (Joliet) compatible disc for Windows 95/98/NT)

Select the Directories you want to copy and just press "START"
