X-Ecuter vs X-Ecuter 2.. please help

Hi I paid some guy to install my modchip. He said he installs X-ecutors. He never said version 2 or 2 Lite or 2 Pro. He did put a on/off switch which I thought only the X-Ecutors 2 have.

Anyways I installed Evox and when starting it says "Matrix inside"

When Evolution X loads it says:

Bios: X-Ecuter v1

Also if I go to on system settings in Evox it says:

Bios
===
BIOS Version X-Ecuter v1
Kernel Version 1.00.4034.01
Xbox Hardware Info 00000001

If I run Bios Checker it says: You are using genuine ----> X-Ecuter

Ok so everything shows like he put a X-Ecuter v1 modchip?. The first ones that came out?

Now what problems does this modchip have?

Here are some problems I have noticed and I'm not sure if they are chip related, or bios related or media related.

Spider-Man game ProjectX release: movie will freeze when starting the game. Pressing start quickly and skipping the movie allows the game to play.

Ralisports Challenge ProjectX release: Game says it could be dirty or damaged when starting gameplay. In certain modes of gameplay the game seem to work fine though.

Sega Soccer Slam ProjectX release: It freezes starting the game.

Now these games weree burned using DiscJuggler latest version and PrimoDVD 2.0 and I got the same results. I tried TDK DVD-Rs and Verbatim DVD-Rs and DVD-RWs.

Now running Spider-Man from the HD causes the movie to freeze...
Running Sega Soccer Slam from HD seems to work fine. And I haven't tried Rallisport Challenge from HD yet.

All other games I have tried seem to work no problem.

Now I know this is a long post but I'm not sure whether it could be my modchip, or my bios or my media. Anyone got any ideas or had the same problems and got them fixed?

I have a V1 Xbox and a Pioneer DVR-A05U burner.

When it says "Matrix Inside", it is just an edited evolutionx dashboard. Someone made it say "Matrix inside" instead of mircosoft. It doesn't really represent anything. If you don't want it, then either edit out yourself with logoX, or find the fixed version.

Just about every modchip can have on/off switches.

If it says x-ecutor v1, then it probably isn't a lite/pro. However, the bios are changable in x-ecutor lite/pros.

Lastly, the game problems are not modchip, nor bios related. It is either a defect that some copied games have which cannot be fixed, or the files weren't copied too good. If you get a dirty disk error, it could either be a bad iso image, a bad burn, or bad media that the game was burned to. Also, some original games get that dirty disc error, so it just might be the game.
